The mission of HRI is the assurance of housing for socially or economically vulnerable persons of Kalamazoo County.

If you are currently homeless, facing eviction, behind in rent or utilities, have a housing emergency or are a landlord, please call 269.382.0287 or complete the form below.

Regular Business Hours: HRI’s 643 W. Crosstown Parkway office is open for reception services and operations Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm (closed 12-1 pm for lunch). Additionally, there is a secure drop box available at our Crosstown location for documents which is checked daily. Please dial 2-1-1 if you need emergency housing services during non-business hours.
