If you are currently homeless, facing eviction, behind in rent or utilities, have a housing emergency or are a landlord, please call 269.382.0287 or complete the form below.

Regular Business Hours: HRI’s 643 W. Crosstown Parkway office is open for reception services and operations Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm (closed 12-1 pm for lunch). Additionally, there is a secure drop box is available at our Crosstown location for documents that is checked daily. Please dial 2-1-1 if you need emergency housing services during non-business hours.
